    We can build pools year-round, provided the ground is not frozen beyond a depth of 7 inches. You can use your pool all year long provided you take proper precautions not to freeze plumbing and equipment and provided you do not mind the extra cost of utilities.
  • Will it cost me to get an estimate?

    We provide complimentary estimates to give you an initial idea of potential costs. Should you decide to proceed, the next phase involves design and plan drawings, which will result in your final quote.
  • How do I create my pool's design style and choose my materials?

    To create your pool's design, you can explore design books, online resources, or consult with our design staff. Consider your intended usage to ensure all your needs are met. Evaluate your location and ground conditions. Material selection can be finalized after consulting with our design experts.
  • Do you offer pool cleaning or maintenance services after I build my pool?

    We provide comprehensive post-construction services. Our full-time repair and maintenance personnel are available for servicing. We also offer contracted cleaning and chemical treatment services on a limited basis. Additionally, water testing is available during business hours. Please note that we only service pools built by Nierman Brothers.
  • Will there be a construction superintendent assigned to my project?

    Certainly. A dedicated supervisor will be assigned to your project. You will also have ongoing communication with our sales team throughout the process.
  • Do you have your own construction crews or do you contract outside your company?

    We primarily utilize our own crews to maintain quality control. However, certain aspects, such as electrical or gas line work, are subcontracted due to local regulations. We also subcontract plastering services.
